Teresa graduated from Oklahoma State University and has been working in the technology industry for 17 years. She is currently the IT Director for the City of Owasso, Oklahoma. She is active with the Oklahoma Government Information Technology Association and assisted in drafting a recommended Social Media Policy as a resource for municipalities in Oklahoma. Teresa is also responsible for helping administer the City’s web presence including the city website, online magazine, and social media sites including Facebook, Twitter and Nextdoor, as well as recommending communication technologies for the City.
