Brittany Floyd is a Managing Strategist at Social Driver, an award-winning digital innovation agency. Here Brittany leads a team of marketing, digital, and technical strategists to create groundbreaking campaigns that produce tangible results.

Brittany recognized early on that social media is a powerful tool that she could use to leverage and add value to existing relationships. Working as a telemarketer at a mid-size Medicare broker, she took advantage of an opportunity to use her knowledge of people and the digital landscape to create and assume the firm’s first social media marketing position. She was acknowledged as one of the Dayton Business Journal’s “People on the Move” and is an active committee member for the Washington Women in Public Relations (WWPR) organization. She also served on the Board of Directors for the International Mosaic Down Syndrome Association (IMDSA) where she stretched their social media strategy to engage their international audience and build an online support system.
